Delivery Times Orders received by OfficeMate before 10:30AM weekdays will be delivered to the Perth Metropolitan area same business day. Non-metropolitan areas should allow 2-3 days for delivery. Furniture deliveries please allow in some cases 7-10 working days. Our Customer Service will contact you regarding large furniture items.
Delivery Charges There is free delivery for orders over $50 in Melbourne metropolitan area. $6 delivery fee will be charged for under $50 order.
A charge is made for the delivery and installation of some bulky and specialist products e.g. safes and electronic whiteboards. If an additional delivery charge is to be applied, customer service will contact you.
Freight charge to country Victoria will be $12 per carton up to 25kg. Attention to Interstate Customers: Delivery Fee may vary depending on weight of parcel(s).

Back Orders Most products are in stock enabling fast delivery. However, if by some chance the stock is not available, it will appear in the back-order column of the invoice. The back-order will be delivered as soon as the stock arrives. If for any reason there will a delay, customer service will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
