Refund Policy - Non Account Customers
Goods will be credited after they have been returned to Copy Paper King along with a copy of the invoice
that the goods were supplied on.
Goods need to be sighted and be in saleable condition prior to the credit being processed.
Where goods were paid by Credit Card, a refund will be processed back onto the card that was provided on the time of sale.
No charge to customer who return goods themselves.
Copy Paper King reserves the right to refuse credit on goods older that 30 days from the date of invoice.
Refund's will generally be processed withing 2 buniness working days. |
